Mission Statement
To coordinate education, prevention and response efforts in order to reduce the incidents of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking and to make these crimes socially and culturally unacceptable.

Goals
To accomplish this mission, we promote programs and activities whose purposes are to:

• Support the reduction and eventual elimination of ddomestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking in the territory;
• Support and promote quality programs which empower victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking and which hold all perpetrators accountable for their behavior;
• Conduct educational efforts which heighten awareness about the extent and character of domestic violence and sexual assault in the territory; and
• Improve the response of the legal system, service providers, and the media to issues of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking.
